Viddy is a video creation and life sharing mobile application that makes it easy for users to transform raw mobile video into stylized clips with the tap of a finger and then share them with the world. Viddy enables users to beautify their videos using Adobe and Final Cut style visual effects that are pre-bundled into one click production packages, like Instagram filters for Video. VMIX Vidcinity is a free mobile application for location-based video capture and discovery. The new iPhone app, available on the App Store, lets users upload and pin video to a precise geographic location. Vidcinity then notifies other users of the app nearing that locale that a video is available for viewing. Electronic Arts brings Pogo online games to iPhone and iPod touch. The Pogo Games App features five of the online games, and each game offers a fun, pick-up-and-play challenge, including: Poppit!, Word Whomp, Turbo 21, Mahjong Safari, and Sweet Tooth. Available at App Store for free, the players have the option to upgrade to an advertising-free for $2.99 (via In App Purchase).

The Myspace iPhone app will provide an experience that is centered on the activity stream. In addition to providing updates from the top celebrities and artists on Myspace, the application will automatically populate a user’s stream with the trending activities of his or her favorite musicians based on the titles in the user’s iTunes library. For example, if a user has music from specific bands on his or her phone, the Myspace iPhone app will automatically populate the user’s stream with updates from those bands. Much like the new mobile website, the iPhone app will provide tools for easy sharing across networks and will not require users to be logged in. As part of Myspace’s mobile application portfolio, the new iPhone app will be a complement to the many other mobile applications currently available including: Myspace Music Videos, Drawler for iPhone, and Logo a Gogo.

Confidela, the maker of WatchDox, released the iPhone and iPad application that ensures safe document sharing on potentially insecure mobile platforms. The iPhone/iPad app is the latest in a series of WatchDox developments aimed at preventing information leaks and securing documents anywhere – on PCs, in the cloud and on mobile devices. In addition to its Apple iOS app, WatchDox supports personal computer operating systems and other mobile platforms such as Android’s 2.2 Froyo.
